Don't forget your skin

In most any weightloss program one area we don't pay much attention to is your skin. Weightloss is hard on the skin. There are ways of babying your skin so that you find the look you want when the weight is gone. Whether your skin is oily, dry or normal there are things you can do to keep it heathy. There is also more you can do from the inside out. Good skin starts with good nutrition. And don't forget exercise. Pilates works well at  but any exercise is better than none at all. Walking is also great for tightening those muscles and skin. Start with 30 minutes a day and build up to an hour or so. During bad weather such as wintertime go to your local mall. Most malls have mall walker programs and open early for those folks.
